Overview
A multi-platform field and supply chain management app built for a Fortune 500 agribusiness, aimed at digitizing and optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of tapioca farming and processing in Thailand. It served 2,500+ farmers across rural areas and supported both English and Thai.
My contribution
- Led full-cycle development of a multi-platform app using Angular, Apache Cordova, Azure Functions, and MongoDB.
- Led a team of 12 developers over 1.5 years, guiding architecture, implementation, and delivery.
- Owned critical aspects from database design to CI/CD pipelines, contributing across every technical layer.
- Built and maintained the Registration, Farm & Plantation, Offer, Booking, and Stem Supply modules.
- Integrated dynamic language switching with complete English and Thai localization.
- Designed a responsive, intuitive UI for easy farmer onboarding and daily use.
- Optimized backend functions on Azure Functions for scalable, cost-efficient processing.
- Worked with stakeholders to drive adoption among 2,500+ farmers and refined modules from on-ground feedback.
